- CALENDULA: Commonly known as the Pot Marigold. This flower is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial - simultaneously potent and gentle. It is ideal for soothing any irritation, hydrating, plumping, and healing skin.
- CHAMOMILE: Grandma's favorite tea for a reason. Chamomile is gentle, soothing and powerful in its skin magic. Antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, hypoallergenic and antioxidant, its excellent healing abilities make it ideal for a myriad of uses.
- ROSE: Rose petals are powerful skin allies: hydrating, nourishing, antioxidant and soothing.
- LAVENDER: Calming, relaxing and wonderful for promoting sleep or easing headaches, lavender is also a wonderful for the skin. Antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, this magical herb can calm the skin the same way it calms the mind.
TO USE:
To soothe the skin: rub on affected area as a healing salve or moisturizer. As aromatherapy: rub on wrists, neck, temples or chest and allow the relaxing, grounding scent of lavender to ease the pain of headaches, relieve tension and help with sleep. Rub some balm between your palms and inhale the scent anytime you need a boost.
