Yoga, Ayurveda & Herbalism

Wild Rabbit founder, Elise Caldarola, is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher, herbalist and Ayurvedic wellness coach. She has completed herbal studies with Twin Star School of Herbal & Energetic Studies, the Herbal Academy, and is currently enrolled in clinical training with Wintergreen Botanicals. She completed Ayurvedic wellness coach training with Shakti School.  

She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Haven with Betsy Kase,  in 2018 and her 300 hour training with Jackie Chiodo at Anamaya Costa Rica in 2019. Currently, she teaches locally in Westchester, at Rebel Yoga and Yoga Haven.
